As a Black Woman in leadership, I understand how leadership can be complicated and overwhelming.

Thankfully you don't have to do it alone. We know that having a space that centers on the lived experience of Black Women in the social sector is critical to the sector's health.

We've also learned that access to power and shifting power dynamics, so more Black Women can be visible leaders in the industry, means we have some collective work to do.
